FAA STC for Beech 1900 series with 5-blade QFJ MT-Propeller MTV-27
MT-Propeller received the FAA STC SA04459NY for the installation of the 5-blade QFJ MTV-27 aircraft propeller on the Beech 1900 series with PT6A-65B and PT6A-67D engines.

The advantages of this installation are improved take off, drastically reduced noise, low maintenance costs and more.

The MTV-27 is already supplemental type certified on the Beech 1900 by EASA STC 10070090 and TCCA Canada.

MT-Propeller was founded in 1980 by Gerd Muehlbauer, who had already 20 years of experience in propeller development and service at this time. He started his new own company on January 2nd 1981 at the Airport Straubing-Wallmuehle (EDMS) in Germany with 6 employees in a small, one-storey airport owned building.
